Eagle Bend Homeowner Information

Welcome to the Eagle Bend Homeowners’ Association Web Site.  The information on this site will familiarize you with various aspects of the Association; the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&Rs), the Bylaws and the Architectural Controls, as well as Board Minutes, Association Activities and other pertinent points of interest.

As property owners of Eagle Bend, we are proud to be Montanans, living in a pristine environment that is next to the unincorporated village of Bigfork.  Our community is adjacent to the mouth of the Swan River, which flows into Flathead Lake, the largest fresh water lake west of the Mississippi River.  Bigfork is a picturesque town that incorporates art galleries, excellent gourmet restaurants, a nationally renowned repertory theatre and unique shops.  We delight in being a favorite resort destination on a year-round basis.  We are situated west of the Continental Divide, 100 miles north of Missoula, 20 miles south of Kalispell and the Glacier International Airport, 40 miles south of Glacier National Park and 60 miles south of the US/Canadian Border.

The Eagle Bend Homeowners’ Association represents the owners of 186 residential lots, which are inclusive of 121 private residences and four town home associations.  A few undeveloped lots remain available for purchase and development.  A well-established residential community, our homes are nestled among mature natural timber and classic rock outcroppings, with splendid views of the majestic mountains to the east and Flathead Lake to the south.  Eagle Bend properties lie adjacent to ten holes of the 27-hole nationally ranked and semi-private Eagle Bend Golf Course.

Eagle Bend Homeowners’ Association is directed by a seven member Board of Directors.  All of the Directors are property owners and they meet several times a year to manage Homeowners’ business.  Association dues are paid semi-annually, due January 1st and July 1st.  Association dues are used to cover budget items such as road maintenance, administrative costs, insurance and enhancement of our community.  The Association maintains a balanced and debt free budget.  We welcome you to browse our website and contact us with any questions you may have.
